Paul is a professional Accountant and fellow of the globally recognised professional body, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) for the past 20 years. Early in his career, he applied the rigour and professionalism demanded to key roles in both the non-profit sector and private equity investment. His return to public practice in 2012 coincided with the expansion in cloud technology which he embraced, recognising the potential to deliver a high-quality service to small businesses. As a Xero Certified Advisor, Paul’s professional values promise speed without sacrificing quality, and focuses on building a relationship with his clients to fully understand their unique challenges and personal journey as business owners.

Lucia is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in the healthcare and financial services industries. She obtained her Master’s Degree in International Relations and Human Rights Law in Paris, France. After moving to London, she worked in education and healthcare policy with relevant European Union Legislation Directives affecting change within the four countries of the United Kingdom. Since moving back to the USA, Lucia has since further developed her skills as a problem solver within her role in the financial services industry. At Atlantic Accounts, she is instrumental to new client acquisition within the franchisee community. She is able to effectively influence and implement change within an organization as well as with high-profile clients. Lucia leads the internal Client Relationship Management, policy development and provides leadership to senior management.

Head of West Coast operations, Frida is based in our California office. Frida uses her Accounting Degree to benefit clients and help maintain their accounting records. She specializes in client case management in order to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies across an organization. In her free time, Frida enjoys being outdoors, surfing and international travel.

Based in our European office, Ivis ensures back office operations run smoothly. With extensive experience in administration, Ivis specializes in Accounts Receivable functions, getting our clients paid on time. Ivis is the firm’s wellness expert, promoting wellness in the office. She enjoys nature.

Managing our UK office, Will specialises in UK tax and accounting. He applies his professional qualifications with AAT to both UK and US clients. His thorough approach ensures clients are able to take advantage of any tax savings measures available. Will is also an accomplished song writer and musician.

Meet Natalie, a meticulous bookkeeper hailing from Ontario, Canada. She possesses a profound talent for maintaining precise financial records, making her an invaluable asset to our team. Outside the office, Natalie’s remarkable dedication continues as a marathon runner.
